 A: From the time of the order please allow approx. 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location.

Q: How do I know your carports are a better choice than the ones I see at the mega home improvement stores?

A: That's an easy one, we prefer that you check out the others before you decide on ours. Our quality and prices speak for themselves.

Q: Do you have different colors to choose from?

A: We have 13 colors available

Q: Who will I talk to on the phone at your store?

A: You will be talking to one of our family members either Jeff, Jamie, Tony, or Rose Mary. We have been in family businesses for over 35 years, and know our stuff!

Q: What do I need to do to choose the best location for my carport, garage, or storage building?

A: Our products are best installed on a flat, surface. In order to provide you with affordable products with quick installation, site preparation, as well as all building permits, are the responsibility of the customer.

Q. How much time does it take to install one of your carports, garages, or storage buildings?

A. In most cases, our carports are installed in just a few hours. For larger buildings, it may require a couple of days.  Our customer service staff can advise you of that based on the size of the your building.

Q. What do I need to provide at the time of installation?

A. We ask that you or your representative be at the installation site to to provide instruction on the location of the building.  If there is no electricity on-site, please let us know when we schedule your installation so that we plan to bring a generator to the site.
